Urgent Care and Telehealth Care in the Sacramento Region for UC Davis Employees | Open Enrollment

With our convenient Telehealth Express Care, you can easily connect with UC Davis providers via a smartphone, tablet or computer for same-day and extended hours video visits.  

Telehealth Express Care Guest Services are also available if you don’t have the MyUCDavisHealth app. You can connect via laptop or tablet through the web portal. You will need to create a guest user account.

These telehealth video visits are during business hours, with your primary care provider or another provider in your primary care clinic. This is a way to receive care when needed through a same-day appointment, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Messaging your doctor or health care provider through MyUCDavisHealth is one of the many ways we make care convenient. These E-Visits (which may be billed to insurance) are another way to get care from your regular primary care provider for a new issue, concern or symptom.

Through E-Visit messages, your provider can give treatment recommendations, or make a medical assessment, diagnosis, or recommendation for further evaluation or treatment.

Contracted urgent care centers accept UC insurance plans, but in most cases, you will need a referral from your primary care clinic to ensure these services are partially covered by your health insurance.
