The Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at UC Davis Children’s Hospital, in collaboration with the Johns Hopkins Sadie Abell PCCM Bootcamp, welcomes your pediatric critical care fellows for a simulation and advanced clinical training “bootcamp” event at UC Davis Health in Sacramento, Calif., in February 2026.

This will be the inaugural Senior PICU Bootcamp to be held on the west coast, joining the original site at Johns Hopkins and the Midwest Bootcamp at Children’s Wisconsin. The three-day curriculum is designed to bring together second- or third-year PICU fellows in a safe, engaging learning environment, with the goal of building upon critical assessment and management skills in low frequency/high acuity scenarios, as well as build upon communication and procedural skills.
