I believe that medication therapy must be tailored to individuals in a way that fits their lifestyle and needs, is accessible, and helps them to reach the best possible outcomes and quality of life.

Bio:
Dr. Knox is board certified in ambulatory care pharmacy and pharmacotherapy and is Manager of Centralized Clinical Pharmacy Services at UCDH.  Dr. Knox completed her PharmD at University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, where she was the recipient of the Mylan Institute Pharmacy Excellence Award and was a member of Rho Chi.  She practiced in the acute care and ambulatory care settings before accepting a position at UCDH in 2012 in the Prescription Renewal Clinic. 

In 2015, Dr. Knox served as Supervisor in the UCDH Specialty Pharmacy, where she led the clinical pharmacists practicing in the specialty ambulatory care clinic setting for five years before accepting a position as Manager of the UCDH Centralized Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Services (CCPS).  She completed the ASHP Pharmacy Leadership Academy in 2020, and was recognized with the UCDH Jeff King Leadership Award in 2018.
