Bio:
Dr. Yi Shi is a clinical pharmacist who practices in pulmonary medicine as part of the specialty pharmacy team at UC Davis Health. Yi joined the team in 2019 to expand pharmacy practice in cystic fibrosis and advanced lung diseases. She obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UW–Madison School of Pharmacy. Her formal post-graduate training began at the San Francisco VA Health Care System where she practiced as an inpatient pharmacist. She developed a strong interest in change management to improve health care delivery and patient outcomes. She then pursued further training in health-system pharmacy administration and leadership as a PGY2 resident at Sutter Health in Sacramento, CA. She is enjoying her new residence in Sacramento as a midwest transplant.
