Practice Philosophy:
I practice as a patient advocate, teacher, and learner.  My first aim is to ensure patients receive and have access to safe, effective, and optimized medication therapy.  I also prioritize mentoring and teaching future generations of pharmacists to do the same and learning from them in the process.

Bio:
Dr. Tiffany Pon is board certified in pharmacotherapy and practices internal medicine at UC Davis Health.  After completing two years of residency training at UCDH, she was appointed to a faculty position with the University of California, San Francisco School of Pharmacy.  She is currently an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and also serves as the Program Director for the Greater Sacramento Area Experiential Education site.  She was the recipient of UCSF’s highest teaching honor, the Long Award for Excellence in Teaching, in 2014 and 2017.
