Philosophy of Care

One of the most stressful events in a person’s life is the illness and hospitalization of their child. I strive to provide compassionate, holistic care for your child by listening to you (and your child) about your values and goals and how we can partner to provide the best evidence-based care together.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Ginwalla is a pediatric hospitalist who cares for children admitted to the hospital on the general pediatric ward. She has a special interest in the care of children with complex and chronic medical problems, palliative care and bioethics.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Ginwalla is passionate about inter-professional education, teaching medical students, residents and other healthcare professionals.
