Philosophy of Care

I believe that all individuals are capable of change and positive growth. My goal is to help people identify their values and make adjustments in their behavior that help them to live in accordance with those values. I offer mindfulness strategies to help mitigate that which is out of our control and cannot be changed. My approach is holistic and aims to connect the mind and body.
