May 2023 EBP Immersion Participants
The UC Davis Health EBP Immersive Training program is offered to UC Davis Health staff and focuses on ARCC Model EBP steps 0-4, equipping staff with the knowledge and skills to make preliminary evidence-based recommendations at the end of the four-day week. Previous Immersion programs also covered mentoring, implementation and dissemination. Moving forward, these topics will be offered as separate, programming through the Center for Nursing Science, allowing a more thorough exploration of these EBP steps and topics.
