3 Wishes Project: Individualizing End-of-Life Care

Patient holding hands

The 3 Wishes Project (3WP) is an end-of-life initiative that maintains patient dignity, fosters positive memories for families, and promotes caregiver compassion by granting wishes to patients at end-of-life. This course was developed for nurses, assistant nurse managers, hospital unit service coordinators and hospital unit service coordinator supervisors who wish to learn how to implement and support the 3WP on their unit.

This is a blended learning course that consists of two parts. The first consists of an online module. Part two consists of in-person class.

This class is only open to UC Davis Health employees.
