According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. Luckily there are many ways to reduce your chances of developing heart disease or improving your current condition. Our heart health classes focus on learning about the different conditions that affect your heart and vessels in your body, as well as different strategies on preventing or managing your conditions.

High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, affects about 80 million people in the United States. It can lead to complications such as stroke, heart attack, and kidney failure. It is unknown exactly what causes high blood pressure. It cannot be cured, but it can be controlled. We offer a variety of classes and programs to help you get better control of your blood pressure.
