Weight management classes

Did you know that by losing just 5-10% of your current body weight you can lower your risk of developing chronic conditions? Our weight management programs focus on ways to lose weight and keep it off so that you can enjoy your life to the fullest. Navigating the many weight loss programs and fad diets can be confusing – but it doesn’t have to be – our classes provide evidence-based information to find the right weight loss method for you.  Additionally, our classes are led by Registered Dietitians (RD) who are certified in weight management.  

  • Achieving a Healthy Weight

    Achieving a Healthy Weight class provides an overview of weight management skills including portion control, food journaling, physical activity, and more.

    This is an adult weight management program that focuses on long-term behavior changes, building your physical activity program, empowerment, and responsibility towards weight management.
