The Treatment Options for Advanced Kidney Disease class provides a supportive, informative, and welcoming environment where participants can learn about treatment options and ask questions. Classes are offered both in person and online for your convenience.

Who Should Attend?

This class is designed for individuals facing decisions related to advanced kidney disease and kidney failure treatment options, including:

• Dialysis
• Kidney transplantation
• Conservative (non-dialysis) care
• Other treatment and management options

Registration Information

A referral from your UC Davis Nephrologist is required to attend the class.

If your provider has already submitted a referral:

• You may wait for our department to contact you, or
• Call our office at 916-946-1449 to schedule your appointment.

If you do not yet have a referral:

• Please contact your UC Davis Nephrologist and request a referral to our Kidney Education Class.
