Prepare for your upcoming journey with our comprehensive class, which covers essential topics such as comfort techniques, effective positioning, the delivery process, and an overview of pain management options. We encourage partners to attend for a supportive learning experience.

- Location: 4900 Broadway, Suite 1630, Sacramento, CA 95820
- Time: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- What to Bring: Please bring a lunch and snacks, along with a yoga mat and pillows for hands-on practice during labor and delivery techniques.
- Bonus: Enjoy an optional tour of our birthing suite after the class!

Class schedule and registration:
Delivering at UC Davis Health
Cost: Free with Deposit
$35 registration deposit. Registration deposit is returned upon completion of class. Cancellation must be requested five days prior to the class date to receive a deposit refund.
Delivering Elsewhere
Cost: $35
$35 registration fee. Cancellation must be requested five days prior to class date to receive a full refund. A $35 service fee will be charged after this date.

Parking
Parking is available in the Broadway Building, DOJ or EDD parking lots with either a B permit or daily permit. Daily permits are available for purchase with the ParkMobile app using zone number 42201. Please visit Parking and Transportation Services for more information.

- Credit card payment – submit the registration online form to complete the payment process.
