Spotlighting 3 projects

The Office of Strategy and Growth executed several impactful projects in 2025, but these three stand out:

1. Refreshed the Clinical Strategic Plan (2022-2027), the health system's five-year roadmap.

2. Grew technology commercialization

  • In partnership with the Health Ventures Office, built a portfolio of 80+ cell and gene therapy technologies, strengthening long-term commercial value
  • Executed the first direct company investment via the Investing in the Future of Medicine (IFM) Fund, with an investment in Delix Therapeutics
  • Secured approval for intellectual property revenue to be returned directly to the Medical Center as the funding source, establishing a new, sustainable pathway for reinvestment in research, innovation, and patient impact

3. 48X: Data-driven, Cross-functional project execution

  • Played a crucial project management role in the successful activation of the 48X Outpatient Surgery Center
  • Helped ensure the facility opened on time and on budget; helped create and manage a holistic governance structure to support rapid, deliberate decision-making
  • Collaborated with operational teams to develop efficient workflows focused on the outpatient environment; developed dashboards
