Specialty care physicians: Sign up for extra Saturday, evening or holiday clinics
More Saturday and evening clinics are now open to specialty care physicians. Also, the Access Plus program is now offering clinics on select holidays.
The program even allows for virtual visits, so you can provide care from the comfort of home.
Access Plus clinics guarantee physicians a Z payment at 150% of AAMC Median compensation. Compensation varies by specialty.

Help increase patient access and reduce wait times, especially for new patients. UC Davis Health is exploring every available opportunity to maintain and expand patient access.
So far, the program has served:
- 4,140 total patients
- 3,121 new patients
- 133 participating physicians

The Medical Group’s Access Plus program was established by the UC Davis Medical Group and Ambulatory Care administration. Launched in 2023, the program features a simple signup form where physicians can express their interest in participating.
