Construction activity: Thank Goodness for Staff 45th street closure and transit detour

Due to the Thank Goodness for Staff (TGFS) celebration on May 7, 45th Street will be closed from 2nd Avenue to X Street.

Please note the following details of this activity:

• There will be no vehicle traffic allowed on this section of roadway.

• This one-day street closure will cause both the Elk Grove Express Bus and the Causeway Connection to detour.

  • Elk Grove Bus will detour to Stockton Blvd, in front of the Glassrock Building.

  • The Causeway Connection will detour to 48th and Y Street, next to the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC).
