New UC Davis online directory for researchers to find resources and services
The UC Davis Office of Research has launched the online Research Core Directory to help faculty, staff, students and external partners find key research resources across the university.
The directory aims to foster an environment of research excellence and collaboration through a one-stop search website. It allows researchers to locate shared research facilities, instruments, resources, services and expertise on Davis and Sacramento campuses and off-campus locations.
Currently, the directory includes over 70 cores and facilities. Cores are laboratories, centers, offices and units that own resources and provide services. The enrolled cores provide collectively more than 450 resources and services. Resources can be equipment, space, software, datasets and other assets. Services include analysis, consultation, training, recording and other expertise for hire or for free.
