Performance appraisal webinars available for staff and managers

As annual performance appraisals begin for some employees, UC Davis Health is offering webinars to help employees and managers understand the process. These sessions are designed to provide guidance on completing self-assessments and performance evaluations effectively. Participation is voluntary for all staff.
