Principles of Community Showcase brings employees together with purpose
This year’s Principles of Community Showcase on March 3 offered a clear reminder of what can happen when employees unite around shared purpose and collaboration. Energy was high throughout the event as staff, partners and community members connected, exchanged ideas and recognized the work taking place across the Sacramento campus. From thoughtful conversations to moments of recognition, the showcase reflected a community deeply committed to one another.
The event also provided a platform to highlight innovative practices and feature local cultural performers, adding to its impact. More than 1,000 attendees, a new record turnout, learned from one another, shared ideas and built relationships that would last beyond a single gathering. The level of engagement demonstrated a strong interest in continued connection and shared learning.
Building on that momentum, Principles of Community will expand its reach. Four pop-up events for ambulatory areas are scheduled for March 11 at Elk Grove, Midtown, Folsom and HAS (Rancho Cordova). A special delivery will also reach all other ambulatory locations that day for those unable to attend the event at Betty Irene Moore Hall.
