Share your success stories: 'You Said, Together We Did'

Over the summer, UC Davis Health leaders received your valuable feedback from the March 2023 CommUNITY Feedback Surveys, along with resources to discuss with their teams how focused improvements can be made in areas of opportunity.

Executive leaders were also out and about in the following weeks, listening to employee and physician feedback directly to understand what improvements are needed in processes, quality, equipment, or other key areas. Thank you to everyone for engaging in these efforts, speaking up, and helping build a stronger CommUNITY.
