Team behind Ethics and Compliance Week shares its thanks for successful week

UC Davis Health’s Compliance and Privacy Services would like to send its thanks to employees who participated in the inaugural celebration of Ethics and Compliance Week.
The team felt the participation level made this year’s event a tremendous success.
During the week of Nov. 6, Compliance and Privacy Services invited UC Davis Health employees to meet their team members at pop-up events around the main campus and various clinics, and take daily quizzes for prizes. Additionally, Research Compliance offered lunch and learn events in partnership with the Clinical and Translational Science Center (CTSC).
“Everyone who stopped by to meet the team, take the quiz and participate in the lunch and learns demonstrated their individual and collective commitment to creating and maintaining a culture of compliance,” said Queta Hazen, senior ethic and compliance analyst.
“Our workforce’s commitment to ethics and compliance for this week and every day furthers UC Davis Health’s mission to provide tomorrow’s healthcare today in an ethical and compliant manner,” said Ryan Davis, executive director of Compliance and Privacy Services. “Your dedication to this collective mission is the difference.”
