Working during the holidays? Be sure to stop by for a free meal!

The care of our patients is at the center of everything we do, and it doesn’t stop for the holidays.

In appreciation of those employees who may be working during the Christmas and New Year holidays, UC Davis Health leadership is pleased to provide a free holiday meal in recognition of your dedication and commitment to providing exceptional patient care. 

Christmas Eve and Christmas

Faculty, staff and residents working on Tuesday, Dec. 24, and Wednesday, Dec. 25, are invited to stop by the Pavilion cafeteria where Food and Nutrition Services will be serving a special holiday meal. Meals will be served from 10:30 a.m.-8 p.m. on Dec. 24 and 25, and 1-4 a.m. on the mornings of Dec. 25 and 26.

New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

On Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 11 a.m.-8 p.m., and Wednesday, Jan. 1, from 11 a.m.-10 p.m., there will be food trucks located in the Cypress parking lot (near the corner of Stockton Boulevard and 39th Street) where UC Davis Health faculty, staff and residents who are working those days can receive a free meal. A voucher is needed – employees may request one from their managers. (Managers: Please email Alex Lane if you did not receive instructions on picking up your team’s vouchers or pre-order options.)
