Activity class for any fitness level

woman with weightThis is a 1 hour 15-minute movement class focusing on easy to moderate exercises. Ideal for people that are overweight, maintaining weight, with chronic conditions or looking for more ways to start or increase physical activity.  Support persons are not allowed.

The interactive class includes:

  • Warm-up and cool downs and safe stretching
  • Practice in calming breathing exercises
  • Learning a new health topic
  • Doing gentle body movements and stretches that help reduce stress with music
  • Support persons are NOT allowed
