Philosophy of Care

My philosophy of care is to provide a safe, supportive environment and listen to your health concerns. I support the diversity of my patients and strive to provide inclusiveness of care. My goal is to provide you with the latest data in order to help you with your treatment and care.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Gorman is a general obstetrician/gynecologist, practicing for over 20 years in women's health care. She cares for women from adolescence to menopause. She provides comprehensive prenatal care in addition to other gynecological issues such as pre-conception counseling, irregular periods, contraception counseling, and abnormal pap smears.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Gorman participates in the UC Davis Health Sustainability physicians group, which promotes environmental stewardship, such as reducing plastics waste in the hospital and improving the hospital carbon footprint, while maintaining optimal patient care. She is also involved with the education of medical students and residents at the UC Davis Medical Center.
