My philosophy of care is to give every patient an exceptional care experience at a level that I would provide for my own family. I enjoy listening to my patients' personal lives and view each one as an individual with unique concerns and needs. My goal is to always provide the highest level of compassionate and skillful care for my patients.
Dr. Rogers is board certified in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology, and is an integral member of the cardiovascular clinical and research program. He serves as the director of the interventional cardiology and structural heart fellowship programs.
Dr. Rogers has been widely published and has served as invited faculty at national and international meetings. His current clinical focus is the treatment of adult structural heart disease using minimally invasive transcatheter methods, such as MitraClip therapy and transcatheter mitral valve replacement for mitral regurgitation, catheter based treatments for tricuspid valve disease, and transcatheter left atrial appendage occlusion.
Dr. Rogers' research is directed at the treatment of adult structural heart disease with an emphasis on the management of valvular heart disease using emerging minimally invasive and percutaneous procedures. He also has research interest in left atrial appendage occlusion.
