We Value: Individual exploration of interests and use of talents, and satisfying relationships.  Life-long learning for autistic people, university and community learners, scientists and providers. Inclusion of diversity in all aspects of our work, including supporting diverse learning styles and practicing cultural humility Collaborative, reciprocal relationships with people with autism, family members, trainees, community members, and colleagues

  • To coordinate and provide educational discussions to the lab on various topics related to equity and diversity
  • To audit and support lab projects and committees to help ensure equitable practices are occurring lab-wide
  • To organize and run the monthly Opportunities for Action activities, which focuses on a different topic each month and provides lab members with resources to learn more about diverse and/or marginalized communities, opportunities to engage with our local community, and ways to advocate, for equity, diversity, justice, and inclusion.
