Practice Philosophy:
My practice philosophy is to provide high quality, patient-specific care as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team in a complex, dynamic environment though the emphasis of safe and evidence-based use of medications.

  • Critical Care Pharmacy Triage (PGY-1 and PGY-2)
  • Co-precept all other adult Critical Care rotations

Bio:
Dr. Robyn Stoianovici is board certified critical care pharmacist at UC Davis Health (UCDH). She began her pharmacy career at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey as a PGY-1 pharmacy practice resident and went on to complete a PGY-2 critical care pharmacy residency at The University of Vermont Medical Center.

After completion of residency, Dr. Stoianovici accepted a consultant position with a community hospital in the Bay area in Northern California to improve and standardize care in their ICU through the addition and improvement of protocols and policies. She then went on to accept a position at UCDH as a critical care pharmacist. She is actively involved in the pharmacy peer responder program, DCD Performance Improvement team, and ACCP’s Critical Care PRN. She enjoys precepting learners of all kinds to elevate clinical pharmacy practice and inspire interest in the dynamic environment of critical care. Beyond the hospital, she enjoys biking of all kinds (road and mountain), snowboarding, SUPing, trail running, and newly into rock climbing.
