Bio:
Dr. Mark Canevari is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist at UC Davis Health where he serves as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Thomas J Long School of Pharmacy in 2018 and completed his PGY-1 residency in Ambulatory Care/Managed Care at Kaiser Permanente Sacramento in 2019. He currently supports the hospital-based outpatient anticoagulation clinic and thrombosis clinic in Sacramento.
