Your out-of-pocket costs (co-pays) are determined by your insurance plan. Usually, your co-pays are the same at all retail pharmacies, including ACC Pharmacy. There may be some exceptions, for example your plan may have a preferred mail order pharmacy that offers a 90-day supply of your medications at a reduced price. In these situations, we can transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy.

We accept most prescription insurance plans. Please contact your insurance plan or review your prescription benefit to learn more about your coverage details.

Yes, we accept manufacturer coupons (co-pay and free trial) in addition to discount cards (such as GoodRx and Medicare). Please present the coupon or discount card to us to obtain the benefit (subject to the terms of the coupon or discount).  

Convenience:

• We are located inside Lawrence J Ellison Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) building - pick up your prescriptions right after your clinic visit
• We validate (full day) parking for pharmacy customers
• We offer minimum-contact delivery such as home delivery (upon request)

Affordability:

• We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid
• You get the same low out-of-pocket cost as other retail pharmacies
• We accept coupon and discount cards (please present during your visit)

Customer Service:

• We have short wait times
• Our team members are knowledgeable and friendly
• You can use MyUCDavisHealth mobile app (formerly known as MyChart) to order and pay for refills on-line via MyUCDavisHealth.

Accessibility:

• We have 5 pharmacy locations to choose from, including a pharmacy open 365 days a year. Please visit UC Davis Health Pharmacy website for more information.
• We have a direct line of communication with your provider, which means we can quickly clarify and resolve prescription questions
• We offer video interpreting and translation services
