Philosophy of Care

Dr. Servis uses a holistic approach to understanding and treating psychiatric problems that engages the patient in partnership to optimize their mental and physical well being.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Servis is a consultation-liaison psychiatrist who specializes in addressing the psychiatric issues faced by patients admitted for medical and surgical problems in the hospital or emergency room, or presenting to an outpatient medical clinic. He has particular expertise in patients with personality disorders and in the provision of psychotherapeutic treatment.

Dr. Servis' research focus is medical education and innovative curricula, programs and pathways for medical students and residents.
