Employees tuning in to the live falcon cams received a surprise message and a few clues about something arriving Oct. 26.
(SACRAMENTO)
If you tuned in to the live falcon cameras on Oct. 5 at 10 a.m., you may have spotted a very special visitor delivering a message on behalf of UC Davis Health's most famous feathered residents.
In a playful tribute to the cue-card scene from Love Actually, our "falcon" appeared on camera with a series of messages for viewers:
We've Been Building
A Nest Just For You
You Have Watched Our Nest
So We Thought
You Should Have
One Of Your Own
It's Coming To You
On Oct. 26
Are You Excited?
Ready. Set. Soar.
That's All I've Got.
See You Oct. 26
We hope everyone enjoyed the surprise appearance and the special message from our falcon family.
Today's appearance is just the beginning. Watch for additional clues, announcements and information in the weeks leading up to Oct. 26 as we prepare to launch something new for employees across UC Davis Health.
Until then, keep an eye on the falcon cams. You never know what might appear next.
