AIM Clinic moving to UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center

(SACRAMENTO)

Starting Thursday, April 18, the Acute Infection Management Services (AIMs) clinic will move to the Comprehensive Cancer Center next door to the UC Davis Medical Center.

The new location is on the 3rd Floor of the North Comprehensive Cancer Center Building, just across 45th Street from the UC Davis Medical Center, at 4501 X Street, Sacramento, CA 95817. (The UC Davis Medical Center is at 4301 X Street.)

For Providers

What Doesn’t Change:

  • No change to our days or hours of operation (0700-2100, 365 days, including holidays)
  • No changes to current practice for ordering AIM services for inpatient or outpatient (Infusions only)

Changes:

  • AIM will no longer accept patients who need wound care. The AIM Wound Care order will be discontinued in EPIC effective April 17, 2024

Information to Share with Patients

Valet parking is available for patients and visitors on the north side of the Comprehensive Cancer Center, off 45th Street (between the large water tower and the Comprehensive Cancer Center building), from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Patient self-parking is available in Parking Structure 3, a two-block walk from the Comprehensive Cancer Center. Patients can be dropped off by the large water tower or along X Street, next to the Comprehensive Cancer Center.
