This month’s BEST Reward Highlight involves the Medical Center Main Hospital. Reshmi Prasad, Environmental Services (EVS) PM Manager, sent a BEST Reward to Jessie Cruz, an EVS Senior Custodian:
“I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you do. Your hard work and positive attitude are truly appreciated. You never call to complain, and you’re always going above and beyond, even taking on tasks outside your assigned area. I really value your dedication to providing a clean and safe environment for our patients. And I can’t thank you enough for your consistently positive energy – it makes such a difference!”

Make the most of WorkLife's Recognition Toolkit for Managers and Supervisors that highlights information and resources for acknowledging and rewarding employees.
When employees are more engaged, their organization performs better – and data validates this. A 2022 O.C. Tanner study survey revealed that employees are 18 times more likely to produce great work when they receive recognition for their efforts.
