Leadership Listening Tours and new opportunities for employee feedback
Over the last three months of 2023, executive leaders visited a variety of teams across UC Davis Health. The purpose of this listening tour was to connect meaningfully with employees, recognize outstanding work and hear what would improve employees’ experiences. Leaders reported they learned a lot about the complexities of your work, from medical procedures to nutrition services, and they then identified a number of specific actions to take. The listening tour was a direct response to the 2023 CommUNITY Feedback Survey results, where employees asked for more visibility from top leaders.

This year, the CommUNITY Feedback Survey has transformed into the Employee Experience Survey, a broader effort to understand what matters most to our workforce. The survey launches May 5 and takes just 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help shape future improvements across UC Davis Health, many of which are already visible in the 'You Said, Together We Did' campaign. By participating, you're helping drive meaningful changes that reflect your voice and experiences.
