Over the summer, UC Davis Health leaders received valuable feedback from the March 2023 CommUNITY Feedback Survey, along with resources to discuss with their teams how focused improvements can be made in areas of opportunity.
Executive leaders were also out and about in the following weeks, listening to employee and physician feedback directly to understand what improvements are needed in processes, quality, equipment, or other key areas. Thank you to everyone for engaging in these efforts, speaking up, and helping build a stronger CommUNITY.

New: Lunch with Leaders
Lunchtime gatherings have offered in-person opportunities for employee teams to meet with the health system’s top leaders.
In response to employee feedback, new hires are now eligible for a complimentary 'Employee Welcome Permit,' valid for up to 7 calendar days from their first work day.
Biweekly cultural competence workshops, inclusive research practices, and community engagement efforts are just a few examples of how I-DARE participants are actively working towards a more inclusive and equitable future.
