Nominate your colleague for a POP Award

The Point of Pride (POP) Award is presented to a staff member who has demonstrated service excellence through their actions and exemplifies UC Davis Health's values of kindness, trust and inclusion. 

Do you know of an employee who deserves a POP Award? Nominate them!

If selected, the employee will receive a POP trophy and certificate. They and their team will be invited to a celebratory reception, complete with delicious refreshments.

Tips for submitting

• Be specific. Identify one instance or pattern where the employee demonstrated excellence.
• Team up. If more than one person worked together to achieve something, you can nominate a team!
