UC Davis Health has been named one of the World’s Best Hospitals of 2025 by Newsweek, earning a place among the top medical institutions both globally and nationally. The organization ranked #214 worldwide, making it one of only ten hospitals in California to receive this distinction. Notably, UC Davis Health is the only hospital in the Sacramento region to appear on the global list, alongside UCSF and Stanford as the only Northern California representatives.
In the United States rankings, UC Davis Health secured the #34 spot out of 420 hospitals.
