Conference Fees & Attendance Policies 

Physicians: $100
RN/Technologist/Allied Medical Professionals: $50

Included: Course tuition, breakfast, breaks, lunch, symposiums, internet access, and course recordings
Not Included: Travel costs, lodging, and parking

The conference is for 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM for physicians and 8 contact hours for nurses. 

Attendee Cancellation, Substitution, Refund Policy:
Course tuition is refundable, minus a 50% processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing by Friday, October 11, 2024. Attendee substitutions are permitted, but notification must also be made in writing by the same date. After October 11, 2024, no refunds, credits, or substitutions will be granted under any circumstances. No refunds or credits will be issued for “no shows,” and cancellations due to inclement weather will not be refunded. Email Cancellation letter to: HS-NorcalSHS@ucdavis.edu

Conference Modification or Cancellation
The UC Davis Health - Heart & Vascular Center reserves the right to adjust the course schedule or program as needed. Additionally, UC Davis Health - Heart & Vascular Center retains the right to cancel this conference, in which case the registration fee will be fully refunded. Attendees who choose to purchase non-refundable airline tickets do so at their own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as UC Davis Health cannot refund any travel-related expenses (such as flights or hotel accommodations) in the event of a conference cancellation.

Health and Safety Waiver and Assumption of Risk
By completing and submitting the online registration form, participants confirm that they have read and fully understand the Health and Safety Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement.

Recording and Photography Clause
UC Davis Health - Heart & Vascular Center holds the exclusive right to record (both audio and video) and/or photograph all conference proceedings for use in marketing materials, presentations, and the sale of course content.
