Registration Fees

In-Person Registration Includes:

• Access to all conference sessions
• Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks
• Networking reception
• Conference materials and name badge

How to Register

Registration is a two-step process. Please complete both steps to finalize your registration.

Step 1 – Register through Cadmium Below
Complete the NCSHS 2026 Registration Form.

Step 2 – Complete Payment
After submitting your registration, you will receive a separate email with a link to the CES payment system. Please follow the link to submit payment and complete your registration.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% refund of the registration fee, less a $6.60 processing fee, will be provided for cancellation requests received in writing by October 30, 2026.

No refunds will be issued after October 30, 2026.
