Philosophy of Care

Dr. Timilsina educates, supports, and encourages patients and their families to be involved in all aspects of their care throughout the continuum. He treats patients, families, and colleagues with dignity and values their diversity.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Timilsina is a rheumatologist offering care for adult patients with various autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, vasculitis, inflammatory muscle diseases, and several rheumatologic disorders. He has special clinical interest and expertise in rheumatoid arthritis and autoimmune lung disease. He also utilizes musculoskeletal ultrasound to diagnose and treat several rheumatologic conditions.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also plays soccer and enjoys watching sports in his free time.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Timilsina has special educational interest in teaching rheumatologic ultrasound to the fellows.
