Research/Academic Interests

My research interests focus on autoimmune liver diseases. We study the role of immune cells including T cell, B cell, monocytes/macrophages in the pathogenesis of autoimmune disease at various aspects from single-cell Ig repertoire analysis to epigenetic reprogramming and post-translational modification.
