My philosophy as a health care provider and educator is grounded in the honor and acceptance of my role to facilitate wellbeing and learning. I believe that wellbeing is a process owned by the individual. I am here to guide, facilitate, and support.
De Lisser's clinical interests include mental health conditions and chronic pain. She has a special interest in women's mental health and treatment of trauma and co-morbid addiction. She is committed to trauma responsive care, empowering individuals and families to have voice and choice in their mental health and wellbeing.
De Lisser's research interest focuses on understanding the relationship between psychological safety and burnout in health care professionals working in hierarchies.
