Consensual Relationships Policy

PURPOSE
To outline the University’s policy on near relatives and consensual relationships.

POLICY
All students must adhere to the UC Davis Health’s policy number 380-13, Near Relatives and Consensual Relationships.

PROCEDURE

1. All students must adhere to the procedures outlined in 380-13, Near Relatives and Consensual Relationships.
2. If a student has a relative employed by UC Davis or is in a consensual relationship with a UC Davis employee that may lead to violation of the policy, the student must promptly inform the appropriate Office of Medical Education curriculum manager and the Associate Dean for Students.
