PROCEDURE

Anyone becoming aware of a possible violation of this policy should report the matter for investigation.
Potential violation by students should be reported to the Associate Dean for Students; if confirmed, this could lead to disciplinary action, including, but not limited to, a dismissal recommendation by the Committee on Student Promotions.
