Dr. Yeh's believes in both patient-centered and patient-driven care; care that is based on building a individual relationships with patients and their families. His aim is to use evidence based medicine and the most up to date medical information in delivering expert pediatric cardiology care.
Dr. Yeh is a board certified pediatric cardiologist with advanced training in echocardiography. He specializes in care of pediatric and adult patients with congenital heart disease; as well as pregnant women and their fetuses with heart disease. He has special clinical interest in pre-operative and post-operative care for cyanotic heart defects.
Dr. Yeh's clinical research focuses on advanced echocardiography as a tool for the diagnosis and evaluation of congenital heart disease. These evolving echocardiographic technologies include 3-dimensional imaging, strain or deformation imaging as a quantitative assessment of myocardial function. He also has a research focus on the diagnosis, management, and outcomes with prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart defects, including fetal echographic parameters in predicting patient outcomes.
