Philosophy of Care

I work with each patient to help them understand their risk for cancer based on their family history and their own medical history. This includes enabling patients to make informed decisions about genetic testing, ordering testing if appropriate, explaining the results and implications of genetic testing, and developing a personalized medical plan for each patient.
