Bio:
David strives to improve quality of healthcare and is passionate about enabling patients to receive care in the setting of their choice. As a pharmacy student, he was active in business/entrepreneurship programs and was recognized as a Pharmacy Quality Alliance Scholar and a Fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Leading Healthcare Change.

While training at Fairview, David had the opportunity to work alongside national leaders in ambulatory pharmacy services and played an integral role in leading the COVID-19 response for Fairview Specialty Pharmacy. At UC Davis, he is building the home infusion service line where his mission is to transform the infusion experience.

As a leader, David believes that all members of the team should be encouraged to pursue their personal goals alongside those of the department. Further, he believes that the health of the team is equally as important as the care they provide to patients. He is an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA).

Outside of work, David enjoys exploring the world with his wife and is in constant search of the best taco.
