Practice Philosophy:
I am an outpatient pharmacist in a specialty pharmacy world. Majority of our patients are going through a serious condition and in need of a specialty medication. It is my goal to ensure each patient’s journey through our pharmacy is a pleasant one. Outpatient setting is unique in that our pharmacy is accessible to our patients, and I see every problem that we encounter as an opportunity to make things better for our patient.
Bio:
Dr. Van Chau is board certified in geriatrics. She is also Certified as a Specialty Pharmacist. Dr. Chau started her pharmacy career at EnvisionRx Options as a Clinical Pharmacist in 2013 while floating part time at Rite Aid. She was promoted to Pharmacy Manager of Clinical Programs at EnvisionRx Options in 2014. Beginning of 2017, she went on to join UC Davis Health at Cypress Specialty Pharmacy.
