Dr. Morfin has a philosophy of promoting excellence in health care delivery to underserved communities through workforce diversity, medical education, outreach, engagement, and quality improvement.
Dr. Morfin is an Internist, Nephrologist trained and board certified. He has a specific clinical interest in all aspects of kidney disease, chronic, acute, transplantation and dialysis care. He has expertise in underserved communities, outreach programs to reduce the burden of chronic diseases, including TeleNephrology program. He has been a champion on increasing the uptake of home hemodialysis modalites in the region and nationally.
Dr. Morfin research focuses on medical education, chronic kidney disease and delivery of kidney care to the community.
