Philosophy of Care
I believe in caring for the whole patient and family, not just their medical illness. I firmly believe that every human being deserves compassionate care and open, empathic communication with their medical team.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Candotti is a general internist whose focus of care is on the hospitalized adult patient. In addition, she serves as a Physician Advisor for the office of Clinical Affairs, she is an Academic Coach for the UC Davis School of Medicine and has a special interest in POCUS (Point of Care Ultrasound) for the Hospitalist.
Research/Academic Interests
Dr. Candotti's research has mainly focused on POCUS (Point of Care Ultrasound) and it's clinical implementation.
