Dr. Bartolome is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician whose specialty is dedicated to delivery of comprehensive medical care to hospitalized, adult patients. Her career interests including the employment of quality and process improvement techniques and practices to promote hospital safety and improvement patient outcomes. Dr. Bartolome also supports efforts to transition patients safely both within the hospital and from the hospital to the community, including overseeing post-acute care at the UC Davis Rehabilitation Hospital.
